Christien le Roux, South African citizen.
BA national Diploma in Journalism, Arts and Theatre, including community theatre. Extensive experience in community outreach and workshop development for undervalued communities. Two-year experience as communications coach for Estee Lauder brand in UK and USA.
Dual Organization Scuba and Freediving Instructor. Extensive experience in coral propagation and project manager of Marine Conservation NPO. As founder I do not want to be removed from any in- field projects or hands on development. I will be in the field just like the rest of the team, always growing, always improving and aiming for excellence. Continuously visiting sites, interacting with volunteers, students, my team and the community. Overseeing Communications and Media, Science Department, Field Team and the Education Department.

LEAD Project Manager & Consultant
Assistant to Founder
Lead PMC has to be Scuba Instructor Certified, extensive field work experience in marine conservation. Preferably with a master’s or Degree in Marine Biology. As LPM they will manage over all field projects and be direct manager to all field technicians, Instructors and Facilitators. Well versed in environmental affairs, minority and social issues and set an example as an individual. Strong organizational skills and inspiring leadership skills.

This position is in need of a strong creative,
practical and emotionally intelligent individual. The Head of ED needs to have online education experience, experience with in - field outreach and workshop developments and excellent inter – communication skills. The individual who fills this role, needs to have a visual drive and a practical intuition of how to inspire online students, volunteers in our classrooms and community members.
